All Ahvik handbags are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional techniques and natural materials. Because of this process, each handbag is unique — minor variations in texture, stitching, leather grain, beadwork, or finish are not considered defects. These characteristics are what make handcrafted handbags authentic and special.
At Ahvik, we celebrate this individuality. Handcrafted products will never be machine-perfect, and that’s what makes them timeless.
Return Policy
Return Window
* Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.
* The return period begins on the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
* The handbag must be unused and in original condition.
* All tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging.
* For damaged or defective items, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
* Handbags showing signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery.
* Items returned without original packaging, tags, or authenticity cards.
* Customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order handbags (unless damaged upon arrival).
* Products damaged due to improper handling or exposure to moisture, perfumes, or chemicals.
Refund Process
Processing Fees
* A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
* Payment gateway or PayPal fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
* The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
* Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
* It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
* Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped.
* Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under the return policy.
Cancellation Fees
* If your payment was made via PayPal or card, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund (this fee is non-refundable to us).
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact Us
* Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via our contact form or email.
* Include your order number and reason for return.
* For damaged items, attach your unboxing video.
Step 2: Return Authorization
* Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
* Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
* Securely repack the handbag in its original packaging.
* Include all original tags, dust bags, and accessories.
* Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
* We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your handbag arrives damaged or defective:
* Contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.
* Provide an unboxing video showing the damage.
* We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) after verification.
* Restocking fees do not apply to approved damaged or defective returns.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different design or color:
* Return the original item following our return policy.
* Once approved, place a new order for your preferred handbag.
* If a replacement is approved, delivery will occur within 1–7 working days after confirmation.
Important Notes
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
* We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions.
